Saturday at around 2:30pm, I was leaving my sister's house when I walked out to my Jeep and discovered one of my tires was flat. To make matters worse, it started pouring rain. I called Tire Discounters, and the employee who answered said, "If you can get your Jeep to the store, I'll take a look at the tire and see what we can do."
By the time I made it there, it was around 3:30 pm. I pulled in, and they got my Jeep in right away-even though it was still pouring rain. Within 15 minutes, the employee came into the waiting area and said, "You're all set. You had a screw in your tire and I plugged it."
I asked, "How much do I owe you?" He smiled and said, "Nothing."
I couldn't believe it. Then, after pulling my Jeep around, I started to head outside, but he stopped me and said, " Wait, don't come out yet." He grabbed an umbrella and walked me to my Jeep in the pouring rain.
What a lifesaver!! Outstanding customer service from start to finish. If you're looking for a place that genuinely cares about its customers and goes above and beyond, Tire Discounters is the place to go. Highly recommended!!

When the Tire Discounters in Columbus didn’t have my tire, the one in Lancaster hooked me up. I was in and out in less than an hour. Really appreciate the quick service!

DO NOT GO HERE OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER LOCATIONS! They aligned my grandma’s 1992 sedan as a 1996 wagon (see pic), charged me double for a “vintage” alignment, then once the alignment was complete, they talked me into buying a brand new set of 4 tires before I even had a chance to test drive it from the alignment. Not only is there no improvement in the alignment whatsoever, but now I’m stuck with a brand new set of tires, and they refused to re-align it as a 1992 sedan to correct their mistake from a 1996 wagon. Oh and did I mention the alignment is supposed to be FREE with the installation of four tires but they charged me double? I contacted corporate to get a refund on the alignment, I’m disputing the charge for the tires with my bank, and I filed a consumer complaint report with the Ohio Attorney General. The way they thought they were going to anchor me to keep coming back for additional non necessary services is the same way I’m going to make it my full time job to hold them accountable for their unethical practices. If the tires don’t get refunded to my original form of payment with a quickness, I will drag this whole place to court. How dare you scam an old lady? They should’ve just properly provided the service that I paid for and let me go on with my life. It’s giving.. they must be hard-up. Shut em down.

I just had to share my experience with the Lancaster Ohio location. From the ease of finding tires I like at fair price on the website, scheduling, and the package including an alignment and voucher for an oil change, it was a no brainer. The service was top knotch, in my opinion. All of it done in a timely manner and my car driving so smoothly afterwards exceeded my expectations. This is my second experience with this location and it's easy for me to say that I'll be a loyal customer here for years to come. Honest, superb work at its finest. Thank you to everyone that had a hand in it!
