They were able to be here quickly and determined the problem promptly. The service diagnostic is very reasonable. They gave me a couple of options on a 21 year old AC and gave me their honest opinion. I appreciate that they understand my situation and are willing to help me get back up and running as soon as possible. Great company and I highly recommend them.

Update: they installed a whole new system and very professional install by Dave,Tristian, and Tony. Mike was able to get me an affordable system and he did a great job with having it installed quickly as temps will be in the 80’s next week. I couldn’t be happier with my whole experience with Air Plus.

We called Air Plus when our AC stopped working. They were friendly, responsive and helpful getting someone out the same day. We ended up needing an entirely new system and the process was quick and straightforward. From agreeing on the system and price to starting the install was 4 days and that included a Sunday and Memorial Day. Sam, Dave, and Jordan did the install and were all knowledgeable and friendly. They took great care putting down drop cloths and kept us informed of the process. The work was professional, cleaned up once finished, and took time to explain the system, maintenance, and how to work the WiFi thermostat.
Highly recommended. I would send them to my mom’s house.

I would like to say that the following (5) men from the company Air Plus Heating and Cooling; Connor, Jordan, Mike, Sam, and Tony, were so professional, so punctual alone with being seemingly effortlessly proficient in the installation of my Central Air Unit, Furnace and my Tankless Water Heater Unit that I am very pleased and very satisfied with their work. They were outstanding, very polite and showed a great amount of respect and professionalism to me and my family. That goes a long way with me and I would highly recommend this company every time to all going forward. "Simply The Real Deal".

Alan and Jon were such an incredible team and those guys are truly like artists with their work!! They were incredibly communicative, positive and simply love what they do...and that speaks volumes to me, especially as a business owner. I've been using and referring this company for almost a year now...and I've worked with around 13 other HVAC/Plumbing companies in prior years with different projects...It's nice knowing I can move forward and have a home with Air Plus. Truly a genuinely happy customer here!
