This place is truly one of a kind in healthcare. My brother was really sick & the ICU at the transferring hospital wasn’t too sure they could handle the care my brother needed. My brother is ventilator dependent and truly needs specialized care. They treated him with so much kindness, respect and care. Every staff member took great pride in how they cared for him. The doctors were on top of every new medical issue that came up, nurses, aids, even admin really do care about their patients. My brother is a truly complicated case and how they cared for him exceeded my expectations. I know that if he needs them in the future, he will be taken care of. Special shout out to speech therapy in giving me something no one else could. I am forever grateful for you.

My Aunt was cared for here at this facility. She was very well taken care of. I couldn't be happier for the quality of care she received! We were especially appreciative for the patient advocate program the Director of Quality was her advocate and she was very helpful.

This is a wonderful hospital with amazing staff from top to bottom. I came here very sick, vulnerable, and afraid. The staff made me feel at ease immediately. They are speedy when you have a need. The nurses and assistant nurses are amazing especially Lisa, Mike, Ryan, Belinda, Kristy, Heather, and Domminique. The Nurses, especially,
Marge, Alicia, and Sharon. So Kind and professional. The best part is Physical therapy. Dallas and Toni are absolute Rock Stars at their Job, so fun and kind they keep you motivated and push you just enough. Thank you to all the staff who cared for me so well these past 42 days. I'm forever grateful to you all, Thank you!!!

I am a former patient, and my experience was incredible. I almost did not survive the first night that I was there, but the entire team there made sure that I made it through. I can not thank them enough, I do have to make some notable mentions - Sarah (who helped me get my voice back literally, after a trach for 6 weeks, will always be remembered for her blue ice chips :) ), - Ally (who shared a nearly identical love for music and helped me with the gal to gal talk to push harder and meet my goals for self care with all the encouragement and praise), - Danny (who truly worked his hardest and gave praise when I stood up at the side of the bed for the first time which seems like such a small thing, but the encouragement was second to none.), - Dorothy (my prayer Angel), Wendy (my ice chips friend), - ♥ Everyone in Respiratory, - Pam (My Mama Nurse who calmed me during some of my most bumpy moments). Every single staff member made me feel at home, helped me feel like I was not so helpless, and made me feel cared for. I miss everyone there and have gone back once to visit and plan to stop by again in a couple months. That is how much this place means to me. I hope anyone needing a sign to take the next step and come to this place, reads this, decides that this place is worth the chance. EVERYONE cares. Update: while my first 48 hours were rough, I am pleased to say that the leadership staff have gone above and beyond to meet my expectations and provide me with a resolution. They have addressed all of these instances and the last few days have been much better. I feel much safer than I did before. Changing from a 1 star to a 4 star.

This is my first time at a facility like this one. I have to say my first 48 hours haven’t impressed me at all.

Never arrive late on a Friday afternoon. They didn’t even know I was coming and acted angry when I arrived by ambulance. They may call this a hospital, I call it a one star hotel. The food is 0/10. I’ve literally been served slop. I had to order Walmart delivery to get food to meet my dietary requirements because they were unable.

All the bad reviews about the coffee are true. Just think how much better their reviews would be if they’d invest in good coffee.

But, this place is very clean. I’ll give them that. That’s probably the best thing going for them.

My first night they made a serious medication error. When I was upset about it the evening charge nurse came and yelled at me. He was angry I was on the phone with my mother.

They are VERY slow to answer call lights, especially at night. Don’t expect any response in less than an hour.

The staff are interesting( yep, good word, interesting) . I kind of wonder where they found some of them (such as the aide who described her Ritalin addiction habits to me) but they’re mostly helpful, kind and mean well. I’ve only encountered that charge nurse who was mean.

Everyone tells me that it’s going to get better tomorrow. All the important people are off on the weekend so I’m just left to suffer until then. I sure hope it does.
