Pancheros is truly much better in every aspect. Trust the reviews. You can go across the street for an Adult burrito for a cheaper price than Chipotles Baby burrito. I got Chipotle honey chicken and white rice it was all extremely cold. Pancheros is always hot and fresh. Also got chips and queso and the queso was practically just a solid floppy glob and half portioned in their cups they serve it in. Pancheros always has hot delicious queso. The staff at Chipotle was miserable, disorganized and distracted. Dont waste your time or money just go to Pancheros. Pancheros will serve you far better than Chipotle.

Idk what’s going on. The last two times I’ve been in, the person behind the counter gave less than 1/2 a scoop of meat on the bowls. I’ve had to address it with the other employees both times. They really need to learn how to properly serve the correct servings.

Ordered my burrito an hour in advance. I was stuck waiting in the chipotle lane for 15 minutes. When I finally got my burrito, it was a complete mess. They literally wrapped the tinfoil inside the burrito. I will not be returning to this location.

Update: They told me to contact them. I just wasted the last 7 minutes on their site trying to. When you go to submit your complaint. An error message comes up. Which says To many submission request. Figures. SMH!

Food took 15 minutes longer than it was supposed to be. The worst are these fast food places anymore. Take the word fast out of it. What is the use of ordering on the app. Then having to wait there 15 minutes after your pickup time. The place was empty. Less than an hour before closing. Yet, you have to wait for your food. Also, they did not have my Adobe ranch and gave me a substitute of something I did not want. Nor ordered. Smh

🌟🌟🌟½ “Good food, but could be cleaner”

Stopped by Chipotle at The Shoppes at Montage Mountain for a quick bite. The food was what you’d expect — fresh ingredients, tasty bowls, and generous portions. The line moved at a decent pace, and it’s always nice being able to customize everything to your liking.

What stood out:
✅ The food was flavorful and prepared well.
✅ Convenient location if you’re shopping or passing through.

What could be better:
⚠️ The dining area could definitely use more attention — tables weren’t wiped down regularly, and the trash bins were a bit full during my visit.

Overall, a solid stop if you’re craving Chipotle, but I hope they step up the cleanliness.
