This location was a little smaller than I expected but some of the stuff was okay. However the discount at the register is deceiving. A message at the self checkout says you can get a 10% discount if you enter your email (it does say discount on your NEXT purchase). So I entered my email address and never received the discount. The employee then told me the discount is applied next time I come in 🙄

I love this five below. The people that worked there are always so happy they greet you when they walk in. They are super helpful today. Had outstanding service Today from Emily she helped me select something that my daughter would love. She was super patient with me and even gave me hints and how to be successful on my squishy hunts. But every time I’ve come, they have been super nice explaining how to get discounts to me and making sure I was happy with the service. It really is a great atmosphere there. Keep it up!

I had placed an online pickup order on April 1st and still have not received it. I tried calling to get some help. I understand it is not their fault their phone was cutting off and that it made it sound as if they were far away however, it did not seem as if they were trying to actually help me or redirect me to anyone to help me cancel the order I no longer needed. I kept telling whoever it was on the phone that it kept cutting off after it had cut off the first time I had called back. When I called back I still could not hear them well however the only thing I heard before they hung up on me was how rudely they told me they couldn't help me. It has been a week and still no update on that order. The store is not the issue I have it is the customer service I have an issue with at this location.

This is a weird store. I couldn't tell if anyone worked there. It's bigger than it looks, and they have a huge variety of items, and while most of it is junk, some of it is fine. It's clean and well-lit, and I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. The store is accessible, and there is accessible parking nearby.
