My client was already familiar with the brand from his travels in Italy, and he was pleasantly surprised to find such a well-stocked outpost locally. Not much of a selection I was looking for a short sleeve button up shirts, and I’ve never been to one of these type of stores, but I literally told the associate I had no budget. I wanted something really super Duper nice! She brought out a few shirts. they were all the wrong size - I guess they don’t measure measure people anymore to get the right size? Then the selection was very limited. I was ready to spend thousands of dollars on a super shirt and I was basically turned away because they didn’t have enough of a selection or my size.

Shiraz, Huey, and Danny were so amazing! I was looking to buy a comfortable pair of pajamas and Shiraz was soooo nice to me. A lot of luxury stores give good service but there’s a slight air of snobbiness but I felt none of that here! Everybody had smiley faces and were so kind and patient with me.

She offered me so much food and treats and gave me multiple clothes to try and checked with me every once in a while with tenderness and care. I really felt valued as a customer! At the end, she even gave me chocolates, espresso, and sweets to go.

Best luxury experience I’ve ever had in a high end store definitely will be shopping here again I the future!

Once you try Brunello Cucinelli clothes nothing else will be good enough. I think of this store as customer education point. It takes time to become familiar with their sizing. The customer service is always excellent. They don’t carry every single piece and in every size. I usually will go there to touch the material or for tailoring . It’s always a joy to visit this place.
