Great work and amazing service! I've dropped several pairs of shoes to be cleaned and repaired and never had any complaints. They've been in the industry a long time and they seem to know what they're doing!!

Unfortunately they don't stand behind their work. Maybe I'm super sensitive about the lack of ethics, and how hard boomers make it to not feel taken advantage in business. And if they relent and do the right thing, oh well, trust, they will not make it easy and they'll be resentful about it. Why do they make us fight so hard just to be fair and prosocial. I know there's some good ones out there but most of you have really made life harder than it has to be. I was raised by a mean one, so you could say I'm biased, but you could also say I possess some insight.

They saved my favorite heels! The heels are leather wrapped metal and another shoe repair store drilled a hole when attempting to replace the heel tip and returned the shoes to me halfway repaired. I thought they were ruined but the Sole Emporium fixed them and brought my 10 year old high heels back to life. Posting pics because shoes that I wore to work for years somehow look this good after a decade.

Incredible work! This is better than having a brand new pair of boots because it keeps me with my favorite pair of footwear for the last twenty years. Leather was reconditioned and soles were rebuilt for easier replacement over the next twenty years ;) Really overjoyed at the outcome of this work. Sole Emporium are true craftsmen of their trade.
