Five Stars +++
Outstanding Service at Red Wing Carson City!
I highly recommend skipping online shopping and visiting this store instead. You can’t beat the experience! Deanna and Annabelle, are incredibly friendly, patient, and professional. They spent the time helping my husband try on boots without ever making us feel rushed. Using their high-tech fitting gear, they precisely measured his feet and recommended the perfect boots and insoles for his feet without being pushy. Thanks to their incredible product knowledge, he walked out with a great solution for his sore feet. Worth every penny!! He won’t stop telling me that these are the most comfortable boots he has ever worn! I can't recommend this store and its wonderful staff enough!

Annabelle was awesome! Best boot buying experience I've ever had! I've always had small issues with work boots. I shared them with Anabelle and she let me try on 5+ pairs till we found the perfect one. Definitely coming back

I went to this Carson City Red Wing store to purchase some new work boots. The service was excellent. Robert was very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He made sure I had the time to find the correct boot that fit well. Red Wing products are not inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. I had on overall excellent experience and will be back.

I came in for some me new work boots.. First come first served. I got to look around until he finished up with the customer before me. Then I got his full attention. They have awesome technology that maps your feet and learns your step. He asked about the environment I would wear them in. I always wanted “Redwings”. He said “try these”. I fell in love with them. Thank you Robert. I love these boots. I don’t like shopping and Robert made me feel comfortable. I will tell everyone where I got them from. Small town service. 👍

My son who has purchased boots a boot barn in the past said the experience today and the quality of boots are off the charts. Robert help him with getting orthotics and selection of a great quality boot specifically for his size of foot. We as a family actually thought we were dealing with the owner, but Robert said he’s just a sale associate. Well he’s much more than that. Robert is very professional and thorough on taking care of his customers. This experience today is definitely what patrons love . We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you, we appreciate your entire staff.
