We become a valuable extension of our clients’ teams. As a result, our people are the primary reason our clients recommend TTS Power and TTS Midstream to others. Our collaborative working style emphasizes teamwork, trust, and tolerance for diverging opinions. We have a passion for our client’s needs and a pragmatic drive for action that goes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our culture is gifted with infectious energy to solve problems and innovate. We balance the engineering challenges we uncover with co-created solutions by engaging our clients and building relationships that endure. We work hard, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously. We enjoy what we do and laugh a lot… often at ourselves or each other. We are an agile alternative to the OEMs and it shows… It feels different to work with us. Our Values At TTS, we have no hidden agendas or politics. We are committed to doing the right thing by our clients, our people, and our communities. Our competitive advantage is the ability to use our multi-disciplined experience and capabilities to understand customer problems better, create high-value solutions and deliver the very best quality technology and engineering available. Our values and culture make us special: Customer Commitment… We are completely aligning with our clients and their success, delivering the highest quality, professionalism, and ethical standards in everything we do. Intellectual honesty… Tell it like it is, delivering the truth in direct and straightforward language. We are open to the possibility that the current understanding of the challenge could be wrong. Safety Matters Most… Safety is not a gadget but rather a state of mind. We have our slogan, our signs, and banners, our tailgate meetings, etc., but more notably, we simply look out for each other.
