I came into Staples thinking I’d just print a few sample pieces for my media content… and somehow ended up working with what I can only describe as a MVP of customer service.

She handled my request like a pro. Not only did she understand exactly what I needed, she elevated it. The samples she helped create turned out sharper, cleaner, and more professional than I imagined.

What really stood out, though, was how she did it. She was patient without ever making me feel slow, knowledgeable without being overwhelming, and genuinely kind the entire time. She treated my project like it actually mattered—which, as a small business owner, means everything.

Staples, please recognize this Cynthia T. from the printing department. People like her don’t just help customers—they make them feel confident, supported, and excited about their work.

If there were a “Staples Hall of Fame,” she’d already have a plaque.

Print services employees are always so kind, friendly and professional. This is my 2nd visit and excellent experience both times. I drove from Irvine to come to this farther distance location but worth it because you can expect to receive excellent customer service.

As I approached the counter of the printing department an agent came from the job she was tending to and helped me with my request. I did not make the decision at that time but returned a couple of days later when a different agent came and also kindly answered my questions and kindly took my order. It was a pleasant experience.

Not sure the girls name but she wears this adorable flower mask and has awesome tattoos! anyways, whenever I pop on it I’m graced to be helped by her, professional attitude with best friend energy. I swear, no matter what the issue or prints I need done, I can count on her and rest easy. Absolutely the best, 10 stars.
