honestly i was just trying to get some documents printed and walked in thinking it would be a hassle but it was so easy. the staff helped me figure out the right paper weight without making me feel stupid. they had my order ready way faster than i expected and the quality looked better than what i get at home. i also grabbed a few office supplies while i was there and the prices were totally normal. the whole place was clean and not chaotic like some stores get. honestly id go back just for the service even if i dont need anything else. kind of a hidden gem in aguanga if you ask me.

I generally only write reviews when my experience has been above and beyond what I expected. I had business cards and flyers printed up. The day that I went in to drop off my design, all the staff was in a great mood and they were extremely helpful in helping me get my order done. The second day when I went to go pick everything up, there were different staff members, but again everyone was extremely friendly, helpful and genuinely cared about my experience at the store. I live in the next city over, but I will come back to this Staples every single time just because of how well I was treated. Keep up the great work everyone and thank you so much for caring for your customers the way that you do!

My copy order was easy from my online order to pickup. The color copies were stunning! (Making Bible Study Binders) I come to Staples often and usually make copies myself. I thought I'd try the online service and it was so easy to do. Ordered at night and was able to pick up in the morning.
The staff behind the counter are very welcoming, warm and friendly. I sometimes just smile when I overhear the joy they have talking to their customers.

All the associates in the printing section were so very helpful. They had such a great attitude. I was ordering celebration of life cards for my mother’s funeral and was feeling very emotional, but the first associate that helped me was so patient and helped me create the card. After I left, I noticed I needed to make a correction, so I went back and a different associate helped me with the same helpful attitude and made the correction for me and reassured me my revision was going to work. When I picked up the order, another associate was just as helpful and pleasant. I know they didn’t know how emotional I was feeling going through this process, but they were all so sweet, pleasant, helpful that I can honestly say I have never received such great thoughtful service. Great staff! They all deserve a promotion!!! Please thank them for me.
