I came here for two separate reasons. To pick up print and then came back again for an online pick up order. My prints lacked color, and were cut off. Took this as user error, but got MUCH better results and cheaper at Walmart. My second time I came in to pick up an online order. I went to the online pick up and the employee was on his phone. I asked for my order and he had no idea what to do. I was then directed to the printing area. After 5 minutes of 2 people looking for my order I was then told to go back to online pickup… I then went back to the guy in his phone, he must’ve forgot he was at work. My package was behind him the whole time. He then didn’t know how to find the order in the system. Two more employees came over to help him… not sure why picking up a package took over 10 minutes and no one knew what they were doing.

Had some Celebration of Life programs printed. Received excellent help and recommendations for paper quality etc. When I picked up my order, the staff had enclosed a lovely condolence card. Most appreciated!

The Oceanside location, on east Vista Way, is exceptional. I submitted a design for business cards. They weren't done quite right. The customer service person noticed I wasn't satisfied, and offered to do them over at no charge. They were done in an hour and turned out perfect. I didn't have to ask for this, he offered. Really impressed with the young man who helped me. thx!

Layla in printing was extremely helpful!!! She went above and beyond helping me get my invitations printed correctly after a different employee just referred me to the website the previous day with no help. Layla was able to help show me different paper options and get my invitations printed out right then and there. Thanks Layla!
