Ordered a poster to be printed same day. Quality was great and printed on time - I had paid extra for expedited. Team members were kind and knowledgeable. The escalator was out of order.

The Staples staff at this location is very friendly and were able to help me when I needed something urgent. I was in and out of the store with my prints within 30 minutes or less. Well done, team! Huge shout out to Jay for the amazing customer service.

Most importantly, posters came out great and everything was on time. Almost as importantly, customer service was excellent. I was mostly help by Sabrina, who was really helpful and knowledgable. It was clear she wanted me to have a good experience. Would recommend the services at this facility to anyone who wants posters/prints.
