I love this place, not only for myself but for my kids to. They are amazing, Fast, and every time I've had to go in, they have been so kind and helpful. Matter of a fact, im going to have to go back in again, tonight or tomorrow.

I did give 5 stars. After talking with a person from your urgent care about the misdiagnos I received, her response "this is just an urgent care " was all I needed to hear. Do better. I almost lost my eye sight because of your facilities ineptitude from the bottom to the top.

We were "lied" to by representative from this Ochsner Urgent Care Location on Juban. We were given a prescription with a refill for Zofran.. The refill was cancelled and we were told we needed another appointment to get medication refilled. The Urgent Care representative said they do not do refills even though we had medication in hand with a single refill(s) indicated on bottle. We normally like Ochnser, but being lied to by someone is a no-go-zone and inexcusable. They don't care about you, they just want your money & insurance dollars.

i tried to come up here per instructions from the ER if i still felt sick and i really just needed some zofran to help with my symptoms but i could hear the dr? nurse? whoever was supposed to care for me talking about she doesn’t know why i would come up there and she can’t help me bc i went to the ER and how she didn’t want to see me. they didn’t think i heard anything so i left. i wish i got her name. extremely unprofessional and will NOT be back.
if you don’t CARE about ur clients then don’t work in the CARE field.

I usually go to this urgent care and haven’t had many issues here. The wait has been insanely long before (1.5 hours on a busy day) but depending on when you go in sometimes there’s no wait.

4 stars due to being slow sometimes but the staff is 5 stars. I wish I got this lady’s name but I haven’t gotten blood drawn from my arm in 3 years and I’m likely to faint if someone tries but this lady managed to get everything done without me even getting dizzy. She talked me through everything then visited with me about whale sharks when I said I liked them to try to keep me distracted and calm. Never had something like that go so smoothly

Everyone listens and works with you and does their best to make you comfortable. I’ve never had anyone dismiss me or make me feel unsafe here which can’t be said about other places
