6/28/2026 around 9pm I door dashed food from wingstop. Food came looked good…. Only problem is we had no dipping sauces the 2 that came w/ the 20 piece I ordered and the extra 1 I purchased for dipping fries.
I contacted the store - “ hi, I just ordered through DoorDash and my delivery just came and I’m missing my sauces. The girl asked me what sauces I then told her she said well do you wanna come pick them up? I said well not really because I just had this delivered. She said well DoorDash is the third-party so you have to take that up with DoorDash. I then replied, even though my bag was sealed and y’all packed my bag without sauces I need to contact DoorDash she said yeah if you want a refund or something, you’re gonna have to contact them. I said oh OK and before I could say thank you or anything else she hung up.”
Maybe this is policy, I have no clue. It was just really bad customer service and the girl was just unprofessional. I would think if the store had forgot to pack something in the bag they would then bring it to you because that would fall on them not the third-party delivering service. Just my thought. Our food was good. Customer service sucked and we had no sauces because I got it delivered for a reason… Reason being to not have to go to the location.

The team did a great job overall but Louisa is the reason we will return to this location. You did awesome!! Thank you!! - The lady whose husband tried to give back her ranch and bbq sauce like a crazy man!! That ranch was amazing!!! No way I wasn’t taking it with me!! Don’t be salty !!!

This place used to be fantastic until this one lady with the dark hair bigger older lady started thinking that she owned the place and has to correct everybody that walks in the door! Might want to train your employees a little better teach them a little bit of couth and respect.

I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a recent order I placed. I rarely leave reviews, but the quality of this meal was so far below expectations that I felt compelled to share my experience.

My order consisted of two garlic Parmesan chicken combos. Upon opening the containers, I was immediately struck by the excessive amount of butter used in the preparation. The chicken was swimming in it, to the point where the butter completely overwhelmed any other flavor. Furthermore, the chicken itself was significantly overcooked, dry, and tough, making the entire experience unpleasant.

The seasoned fries were, unfortunately, completely unseasoned. There was no hint of seasoning whatsoever, leaving them bland and disappointing. To add insult to injury, the cheese dip I ordered was entirely missing from my order.

The overall quality of the meal suggests a concerning lack of attention to detail and care in the preparation process. I understand that mistakes happen, but the cumulative issues—the excessive butter, overcooked chicken, unseasoned fries, and missing cheese dip—indicate a systemic problem.

I hope you will take my feedback seriously and address these issues to ensure future customers receive the quality of food they expect.

First time back in a while and they didn’t miss. Tried the Garlic Parmesan wings — flavorful, crispy, and not too greasy. The plain chicken sandwich was surprisingly solid, especially with a little ranch on the side. But the real MVP? The fries. Seasoned just right, crispy outside, soft inside.
