I repeated myself twice, the person taking my order repeated my order. I go home and my order was wrong. I didn’t want slaw, I wanted extra toast and butter on both sides, like what the recipe said. No extra toast or butter on both sides and what I don’t get is that they were not even busy. How can I enjoy something when I’m already upset!

This cane's location always gives me a good experience. I typically do drive thru which is well staffed, friendly and fast.

The food at canes in general deserves a modest 3.5 as there isnt much special about it other than the canes sauce and very delicious texas toast. Not a bad meal!

I order from this location on Uber eats. The last 4 times I've ordered they've sent the wrong drinks, the wrong items, missing items, and this last time the fries were so salty encrusted that they were completely inedible. Idk what happened or if you just hate us for some reason but your food is inedible. Sending two drinks that are the correct size and or the correct beverage used to be something doable for your location. What happened?

Had canes elk grove. Food was good. My only complaint is that their strips need to be crisper. Their service was amazing! Ambiance is cute & they gave the kids a football for superbowl Sunday. That was sweet

The chicken is good but not worth the price because the pieces are too small. 4 pieces of chicken, a slice of bread, some fries, a small thing of cole slaw is $13. $12 for a chicken sandwich and barely any fries. And they charge you $0.45 extra for their cane sauce and honey mustard. They didn't even give me the sauce. Check your bag before you drive away. Not worth it. One and only time I'll be giving them my business.
