Ordered food with a frozen lemonade to be delivered by doordash, the food arrived but no frozen drink. Then I try to verify if the rest of the order is correct, I ordered a 6 piece wings but 4 was delivered even though the box had 6 wings hand written on it. Not sure who is packing the food but I'm postive they can't count.

I walked over 5 miles to get the food and the bathroom was dirty and I had to ask 2 people to gain access to the bathroom. The customer service sucks the staff is rude as hell when I called about my order I was hung up on when I called about my order and I asked for the manager name but the staff hung up on my face the told me to call corporate.
I ordered a 12 piece of chicken wing combo and the chicken wings they were only seasoned on one side I had ordered ghost pepper and lemon pepper. I want my money back and someone needs to give me refund and the staff to be retrained on how to treat customers.

Ridiculous weight of over 45 minutes for food. Three different customers screaming at counter. One customer return from his house with a complaint they failed to put his chicken and his meal. Uncaring over worked staff. I am not ever returning to this location.

Ordered, pulled to window, handed money, they handed me the super duper excellent chicken sandwich. It was so good I almost flipped a u turn to get another, money well spent. Fast service, super bomb chicken, all good!

Clean tables. Clean bathroom. Nice service. Felt safe. Food came quick and the order was correct. For me it’s not as tasty as kfc but that’s a high bar for 5 stars. Fries were crispy and the coleslaw wasn’t greasy. If they could throw some steamed bok choi or broccoli on the menu it would be a more balanced and enjoyable meal. Thanks Adam Sandler for the tip.
