Ill keep it short to the point. The manager at this location need to be fired. I dont blame the employee because if the leader is lame so is the team.
I walked in to pick up the order and it was ready. I waited good 5 minutes nobody walks up to the counter to help and employees were goofing around at the back i called them politely three times and they ignored me then 4th time i had to be bit loud and boom the manger walks out of the room and started saying you are rude and denied me service. Imma call up headquarters tom and file a complaint against her. This is the third time she behaved like this.

Ordered my food online at 3:30 for 4:15 pickup on my lunch break. Food was ready until 4:40 basically waisted my entire lunch break waiting. Fries were cold, sandwich was somehow soggy. Never coming back

The driest chicken I have ever had.

It's been a couple years since my first review here, and it's still not great chicken but was better.
However, I was not thrilled with the service, we ordered the 40 piece meal, unaware they had their dollar special, and they didn't bother to mention it to us when we ordered, so we spent 80$ and the people behind us spent 40, because they knew. I feel like your supposed to mention your specials when they could apply. So check before you go.

First time inside, but the youth that worked there was so very kind and very helpful! I'm appreciative of their service and food was clean , fresh and tasty! Thanks Wings Stop on Florin Rd n Sacramento!

This is the 3rd time this month i keep giving them chances because of my teens and they are local. Chicken was highly overcooked and hard and tenders were very dark and over fried. Only thing good was the ranch dressing ... done with this location
