These people are a joke!!! They let a woman use the restroom then when my 7 yr old needed to use it about 15 mins later they said it was closed they just looked very unhappy and stressed I mean I totally get you work at a fast food restaurant I’ve been there!! but don’t take it out on other customers smh!! We were nothing but polite!! To be treated like that and refuse a restroom to a lil boy is just sad!! I had my son go outside the building because he had to go really bad!! Yes I covered him!! But it shouldn’t have been that way!!

Don't have a vehicle at the moment so i'm commuting in my sit down scooter for food runs. I can't park the scooter in parking lots and can't bring them inside as it cannot fit through the door (pretty much a mini motorcycle 200+ lbs, not small). Every food spot in this florin area is always willing to serve me except for this popeyes, saying it was because of "safety reasons". Just let me order my sandwich and apple pay at the window jesus christ. Absolutely terrible. Food is passable though.

TO OWNER:

You guys have the right to refuse service to anyone but why not tell me this over the intercom?!?!? I tried making contact multiple times for like 2 minutes just to get completely ignored. I drive up to the window where 2 employees are and start waving, they refused to open the window to speak to me. I then start knocking on the window where again, they refuse to even acknowledge me. It wasn't until a 3rd employee came over to the window and politely told me that they weren't serving me. This easily could've been said over the intercom so i don't waste everyone's time. This type of service and behavior I might expect from a KFC or church's chicken but Popeye's?!??!?!? Completely unacceptable.

I got 3 spicy tenders. Waited only about 5 minutes and the girl at register said that they were out of spicy, and if regular was ok. That's fine with me. I ate maybe 1 before guy come out of the kitchen and said here's those spicy tenders. Fresh out of the fryer.

The food was hot and fresh. It felt and tasted like the freshly prepared it just for us. All the sides were good.

They must've ran out of legs and thighs. Ordered a 16 piece half mild and half spicy. Received nothing but wings and breasts. Not sure if I needed to ask for the legs and thighs because the receipt listed it. The spicy chicken sandwich was good though. Brought this review from 1 star to 2. The fries were only ok and the lemonade tasted weird. Probably won't go back.
