I have used Primeway for 15+ years and received good service for years. They have recently switched to an AI system that is bad at its job, and when I finally was able to reach a person they were extremely short with me and gave me information that conflicts with the email communications I am getting from Primeway. I hope this is an aberration and not the future of business with this credit union.

Just financed a certified pre owned vehicle with Primeway Federal Credit Union. Manny Quintanilla is my loan officer.

After shopping around with 6 other lenders Primeway and Manny were able to get me by far the best interest rate by a significant amount.

Manny went above and beyond and made this an easy and positive experience by taking the time to explain everything in great detail, worked with the dealership and their finance dept., and my insurance agent to make the process seamless.

He and Primeway were also able to provide an amazing extended warranty for my vehicle which reduced the int rate even more. The dealership confirmed that it would cover everything through them at no additional charges. He was also able to roll this into the loan.

I would definitely recommend Manny and Primeway to anyone looking for financing or a bank. I will use them again in my future lending and banking needs!

Manny was absolutely AMAZING! The process to get our new car loan was smooth and seamless! His attention to detail and the quality of his customer service has made me a customer for LIFE. I was so impressed with his customer service I will transferring my business account to PrimeWay.
There are a million banks to choose from and let’s be honest they all offer the same services but RARELY do you find a banker that gives the customer service that Manny does!
