Can't say anything about the staff. Only the company as a whole. With capital one closing all there real banks i had to drive 45 minutes to this Cafe for a signature for my army direct deposit form. Cafes apparently dont have the capacity of a real bank to sign forms so I was sent an additional 30 minutes into pearland to one of the few remaining banks in all the Houston area. This institution shouldn't be putting emphasis on hiring baristas. Downsizing i get, but restructuring like this is idiotic, I'll be closing multiple accounts after im through with basic training only because i have already setup all my automatic payment.

Mediocre coffee & terrible service.

And for the record, I do not like giving bad reviews on Google, check my reviews to verify, but this place earned it. It doesn’t hurt to smile. It doesn’t hurt to clarify what is in the coffee. Don’t like your job? Get another one. Until then, the firm, a national one with a great reputation, I might add, pays you a salary to deliver a service. Do it, & do it right.

Went in today because i needed to take out money, more than what the atm allowed. I cant remember her name but she was the really young woman very short and petite. She had amazing customer service and she made my transaction so smooth and non stressful. She also complimented my tattoos so she gets extra points for that lol. But overall my visit was great, fast, and didnt stress at all. Thank you for your amazing customer service.

The cafe has some casual games to play to kill time, but it seems like the space for financial mentorship over anything else. Coffee itself is fairly decent, but it’s a shame that it’s a bit limited with flavors. An added bonus is that if you bank with Capital One, the coffee is half off.

I came to CapitalOne Cafe as I’ve been banking with CapitalOne for about a year now and had this coupon for a free coffee and since I was close decided to stop by and use it. The skinny African American girl at the register was dismissive. I told her I had a coupon for a free coffee she scanned it and said I’ll call you when ready. I wanted to order an avocado toast but felt so dismissed and rushed I just said okay. I got my coffee and left. Why did she assume i just wanted the free coffee? I ended up stopping at a gas station and got me a piece of sweet bread to eat with my coffee but I really wanted to eat and drink there.
