Great experience, from the random drop-in at the office location through installation. I wish I remembered the young woman's name and the gentleman that came from the back to answer my questions, fully explain options, install process, etc.. They were incredibly informative and pleasant. I purchased (no pymt until after install) a new wi-fi garage door opener on the spot I felt so good about it. Dean called on the day of installation to provide a 30 minute notice, arrived and went right to work. Work was done quickly, old one removed completely, and he also answered any questions with a pleasant attitude. The bill was exactly as quoted. Highly recommend!

Bradley was our technician. He called at 7:30 and said he would be about a 1/2 hour and there he was right at 8:00. We asked for new 3 new transmitters, had the doors serviced, and light bulbs replaced. Every time Overhead Doors come out their technicians are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and Brad was fantastic. The work we had completed was done for a great price. Brad took two minutes to pet the two large, and I mean large dogs, and then he was on his way to his next job. Thank you for a great experience!

My technician Jake professional and knowledgeable explained every detail of the repairs me the damage of my garage door spring and recommended replacing the spring. I believe the price was acceptable. Fast repair and high quality workmen’s ship. Extremely grateful. Opening and closing efficiently and quietly.

On 2/09/26 we had our garage door spring snap on us overnight, so we put in a request. We didn't expect them to be so quick in responding and they came the next day. Trevor came to our home and helped us out and replaced it quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend them.

Great experience with Seth Lindsey today. Also great experience with the office staff too. I had no idea what company to call but have used overhead door in another state. I filled out the blank estimate form and was contacted within an hour and had Seth here five hours later. Seth made repairs on two doors and they are both much better than before. Couldn’t be more pleased. The cost was fair too.
