This address 501 NE 3rd st Hallendale Fl 33009 is an apartment complex. It does not belong to American Garage door and repair. I came here to see about a garage door and they’re not here. They are a mobile service that’s using this address that they use to do business out of in the past.

Replaced rollers and spring wires in March of 2023 for $400. July of 2023, wires are frayed and came apart. Tried to make me pay again to even come look at it.

I had issues with my garage door not opening. I called the company and they were very fast on getting someone to my residence. My tech was Jason and wow he was great. He was thorough with his investigation on what was going on with the door. He didn’t try and just say well it’s broke and you need a new one. He fixed the door in a few minutes and was on his way. Definitely will recommend this company to all!

On time, professional and courteous service. David identified the problem with my door and explained when needs to be done. The price quoted was reasonable and fair.

During the repair, David trained Jason who was also knowledgeable and professional.

I highly recommend this company for your garage door needs.

Overall great customer experience. Same day service and better price than two other companies. David arrived on time and explained the process of replacing the springs. He gave me a quote and how long it would take. He was polite and thorough. I will recommend American Garage Door & Repair to family & friends.
