Dr. Stanford was really nice and professional and explained everything very well. Her staff Tonja and Jess were very friendly and helpful. Pam did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. The entire staff at True Dental was exceptional, professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

The atmosphere from the moment I walked into the space was superb and welcoming. The high ceilings and big windows gave an open, free feel. The two people at the reception desk were beyond helpful, welcoming, and fun. The dental hygienist (direct interest in me, as a person, asking how my weekend was) and dentist (asking direct questions as to what I am looking for as a client, .was personal, as well) were superb in how they treated me and my teeth, personal, yet professional.

The front desk was definitely the highlight of my visit. I feel like the dentist was just like any other dentist that doesn't listen and just there to make the most money as possible. I left before even getting my paperwork because once again just another bad experience. I feel like these dentist are just wanting to suck all the money they can from you. They just want thousands and thousands of dollars and you never end up with anything but frustrated!

The office itself is peaceful and modern — large windows, soft lighting, and a quiet, calming atmosphere that makes you feel cared for before you even sit in the chair.

Dr. Kristina Slavik and her assistant, Davanna, provided a level of professionalism and compassion that is rare to find. Davanna’s gentle, attentive manner made every step of my first visit feel manageable, and Dr. Slavik took the time to listen closely to all of my concerns. She created a treatment plan that was thoughtful, realistic, and tailored to my needs. Their teamwork reflects a practice built on strong values, ethics, and a sincere commitment to patient well‑being.

Kudos to Danielle, the dental hygienist, who handled my sensitive teeth with remarkable care. And applause to Michael, who introduced me to a flexible payment option through “Cherry,” making the extensive work I needed feel financially achievable.

The small touches also speak volumes: sunglasses to soften the bright lights, and a ceiling‑mounted TV playing slow‑motion nature scenes that help keep the mind calm during treatment, a fresh warm face towel after treatment, even a neck pillow to ensure highest level of comfort. These thoughtful details show how intentionally this office prioritizes patient comfort.

I continue to applaud the organization and staff of True Dental for their consistent commitment to patient care and professionalism. There are two additional staff members that I want give a shout out to, "Tonya" and "Jess." The patience needed to work in an inherent environment where patients of all ages enter a dental facility with a bucketload of concerns, or pain, or uncertainty, is at highest level. Compassion, expertise, and superb listening skills are foundational to providing optimal patient responsiveness and care. And one beautiful thing about both Tonya and Jess is although quiet in nature, they exhibit a steadfast focus in their work and a huge heart to ensure that every patient is seen, heard and serviced to the highest standards. The bottom line is this: when selecting a dental facility to take care of you or those you care about, definitely choose one that is quietly proving that an organization's reputation for quality care is not only by the expertise of the actual dentists, but also in the support staff who equally embrace the firm's allegiance to ensuring each patient is well serviced and cared for to bring glory and honor to God. They were able to get me in last minute as a new patient because of some severe pain I was having with a tooth. I only waited 3 minutes to be taken back to a room. The dental technician was right there to do the initial exam and then the Dentist came right in. He let me ask a million questions with out rushing me and seemed very professional and knowledgeable. Very nice clean office as well. I like the beverage station they had as well.
