I’m not sure what’s up, but the orthodontics service at this location has been degrading over the past year. The wait times are 30-60 minutes which didn’t used to be the case. Just yesterday, after being “checked in” we waited 30 minutes and watched all of the other patients get called back. When i asked the desk how much longer it would be for my child, her response was “oh we didn’t check her in. We will call her next.” No apology. 30 minutes LATER she was called back.

Highly disappointed. I do not recommend !!! My son brackets on his braces broke within 2 hours of getting them on . Called the emergency line . No help what so ever and put my son on the schedule 3 weeks out and told me they can’t fit him in sooner. I have to keep calling for a cancellation but they’re only open certain days. I really wish I could go some where else at this point. Again I do not recommend.

I had such a great experience with the orthodontist team! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel very welcomed. The entire visit was smooth and easy, and my consultation went really well. I especially want to thank Jasmine, the orthodontic treatment coordinator, for taking the time to break everything down and explain everything thoroughly. She made the whole process easy to understand. I truly appreciate the amazing care from the whole team!😊

Jasmine was amazing! She guided us through the entire process for braces and made everything easy to understand. We were offered an affordable down payment and monthly plan, which we truly appreciate. We can’t wait for my son to begin his treatment. Thank you for the excellent service we received!
