Pete at the Stone Ridge location is awesome. Super friendly and very thorough, thoughtful, and fair when it comes to assessing the work that’s needs to be done. We’ve seen him a couple times now and have consistently had a great experience!

rolled over a nail and needed a plug repair. Jose was very friendly and helpful in getting that taken care of. Service was super quick and Jose along with Dustin took the time to explain exactly what happened and why we needed a new tire. They walked us through the different tires to consider and were so patient with us deciding which way to go. Once we decided on the tire they took no more than 10 minutes to get the new tire on!! Jose and Dustin - we appreciate y’all so much! Highly recommend and we will def go back for any other tire issues!

I recently had my state inspection done at Mavis Tire in Stone Ridge, and I wanted to recognize Pete, the Assistant Manager, and his entire team for providing outstanding service.

From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, friendly, and efficient. Pete went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly, explained the process clearly, and treated me with genuine respect and courtesy. It’s refreshing to find a shop that combines technical expertise with such excellent customer service.

The inspection was completed promptly, and the entire experience was stress-free. Pete and his team are a great example of how a service business should be run.

Highly recommend Mavis Tire in Stone Ridge. Thank you, Pete, and the whole team, for a job well done!

This was only my second time coming here and i wasn't very happy with the service last time. Though, i decided to give it a second chance. I'm glad that I did. Upon entering the shop, I noticed it was very clean and under new management .The staff was very friendly and the new manager greeted us with a smile, pleasant attitude, willing to work with me and was very friendly to talk to you. At this time I had asked him if I could have a tire fixed on my car. And he gladly said yes no problem
After replacing the tire on my 2010 land rover, he noticed that the reason why the tire went flat was because of a bad valve stem, and nothing was wrong with the tire it self. The shop manager then showed me that other stems on the other tires were going to go bad eventually as well. The manager proceeded to check all the TMP valves to be sure that they were all working correctly. Overall, the whole process was about $35 to $40. I have the valve stem replaced on the one tire . The spare Tire was put back in the car . The whole process was about 20 minutes long. The whole time we were there, I had my grandchildren, 4 yo twin girls that would not sit for a second. Shop manager said it was not a problem. They were just children having fun. I definitely would recommend this place to anybody who needs work done in their car. They are a full service garage. Thanks to the new management and the staff and the welcoming environment. I will definitely return.
