I can’t speak to the quality of their plumbing work, but my interaction with the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called regarding a residential service that is clearly advertised on their website. The person who answered did not identify themselves or even state the company name, which should have been a red flag.

When I began explaining my question, I was interrupted, told abruptly that they “don’t do plumbing service,” and the call was hung up on me.

Professional conduct—especially with front-facing customers—matters a great deal in a trade as important as plumbing. Based on this interaction, I would be very hesitant to use this company, particularly if an issue arose that required customer service.

There are many plumbers available. Buyer beware—do your research and choose a reputable, professional company.

Ideal Plumbing was a DREAM to work with!!!

Ideal plumbing just completed their work scope in our new house in Kleinburg. Over the past two years of building this project, they have become one of our favourite trades. They have the knowledge and skills it takes to install high end plumbing fixtures/ systems like our Kohler Smart Digital shower, Kohler Steam System and our massive 6000 sq ft heated driveway system.

Hamed takes the time needed to explain how things work so that the homeowners grasp a good understanding of the systems installed in their home. His fees are very reasonable and for the prompt service, cleanliness while working and dedication to detail, I wouldn’t think twice about hiring Ideal Plumbing for my next project.

The boiler system in my garage for the radiant floor heating and heated driveway is next level amazing. Looked outside one day and found the guys working on my perimeter gate lying down on the driveway to stay warm.
