My experience was such a let down on a couple of levels.
My daughter and I stopped by this location with the expectation that we would be able to shop baby furniture, nope! There was one rocking chair.
Once we got to the third floor no one offered ANY assistance whatsoever!
I did speak up as we were headed back down by saying "It would've been nice to be asked if we needed any help at all".
The only positive thing were the two nice folks downstairs and the store was clean.
That's it that's all.

I have been (and am) a tremendous fan of C&B's style and products, but I have to admit my latest experience via purchasing online has been abysmal -- compounded by the avoidance of any ability to speak to a human. This used to be a company that prided itself on customer service, but now, it is just as bad as all the others.
