The maintenance here is great. Alex was amazing! I submitted my maintenance ticket the night before and he came the next morning ready to help with everything! He’s very nice and understanding as well.

Decent place to live. Has a lot of nice amenities, interesting industrial kind of interior design. A little on the expensive side but not nearly as pricy as some of the others on Knox Road. Alex did maintenance on my door lock and helped me with moving in, always does a good job.

Eleanora was absolutely incredible! She provided exceptional assistance and consistently went above and beyond to answer every question thoroughly. During the tour, she knew exactly what to highlight based on each individual's needs and interests. She was amazingly helpful, kind, and approachable, making it easy to ask questions and seek guidance. Eleanora was attentive, understanding, and completely nonjudgmental, ensuring that every inquiry was met with patience and professionalism. By far, this was the best customer service experience I have ever had. Highly recommend!
