I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex so far. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are consistently clean and accessible.

I especially want to highlight Zach, my leasing agent. From the very beginning, he was incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. He made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, took the time to answer all of my questions, and genuinely cared about making sure I found the right fit. Even after moving in, he has remained approachable and willing to help with anything that comes up.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this complex to others, and Zach is a big reason why my experience has been so positive.

My wife and I have signed up for an apartment here, and -- like other reviewers -- have been more than impressed with all the staff. Zach Reynolds, Tyler Bennett and Trent, the leasing pros, worked as a team to help us select an apartment and walked us through the leasing process. They're all knowledgeable and accommodating, and at every turn they answered our questions and requests right away. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcomed. We look forward to living in Rosslyn Towers.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment I walked into the leasing office, Zach made me feel like I was already home and lived there and was extremely attentive. I came in honestly a little overwhelmed and unsure if this would be the right fit for me, and Zach completely changed that.
Not only was Zach incredibly warm and welcoming, but his knowledge of the surrounding neighborhood genuinely blew me away. He walked me through everything from the best local restaurants and coffee shops to nearby parks, grocery stores, and transit options. It wasn’t a rehearsed sales pitch, you could tell he truly knows and love the area, and that made all the difference in helping me picture my life here.

What really set Zach apart though, was when I was struggling to visualize how I’d set up my space. I was standing in the unit feeling uncertain, and without missing a beat, Zach started offering creative furniture layout ideas, where a couch could go, how to make the most of the natural light, even how to create a small home office nook I hadn’t considered. That kind of genuine investment in helping someone feel at home goes far beyond what you’d ever expect and more than I’ve ever gotten from an apartment walkthrough .
Zach is the kind of person who makes you feel like you’re their only priority, even when the office is busy. Patient, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and truly passionate about what they do. If you’re considering this community, ask for Zach, you won’t regret it. I’m so glad I found this place, and honestly, Zach is a huge reason I’m going to move in. So thanks for all the hard work and support.

Can I give 100 Stars? 5 Stars is too low. Absolutely incredible experience so far. The leasing team, Zach in particular, and all of his colleagues were beyond helpful, responsive, and kind. The front desk staff - Virgo, Noor, and others - have been super helpful since I moved in. Two weeks in, and I couldn't be happier. The amenities, services, convenience, and comfort of Rosslyn Towers have been exceptional. Highly recommend considering this amazing place.

Lived here for a year **I was on Nash St, not on construction side** I had a wonderful view of the adjacent neighborhood. Also a view of part of the river, 66, and Clara Barton. Killer view of several firework displays during the 4th of July. Yuuuge balcony. CONS: I had a neighbor who smoked. Not sure who it was, but that got annoying. Even though it’s a pet free building, people still have pets and my neighbor had a dog that almost mauled a guy in the hallway when he walked past them. Dog also took a massive poo one night that jacked up the hall carpet for a couple of days. Emotional support my cheeks. Young people occasionally didn’t know how to tell time because they were loud having parties waaaay past 10pm. Most likely if you have problems in this building, it’s your neighbors, not staff. I also wasn’t a biggest fan of the cost but I guess you have to pay to play in this area. PROS: my buddy COREY ARTIS. He saved my sanity most days. He’s a people person and will do what’s needed for you, even if he needs a couple of reminders (GRAMPS). Not taking away from anyone else’s effort but Corey is the one I worked with the most. I’ll miss my strong afternoon sun. My plant loved it. I loved having assigned parking. The metro is super convenient. Hotel access is top tier. I just wish I was able to take advantage of it during my whole lease instead of the tail end. Walkability, access, the whole nine. Oh, and I cannot forget to mention my electric bill being the CHEAPEST it’s ever been in my history of living anywhere in the DMV! For my 1bdr, I never paid more than $45 for the month. Summer, winter, whenever. Dominion was super good to me in this building. It wasn’t always smooth, but would possibly consider doing it again if they dropped the price enough. Lost a star because I left my kettlebell when I moved out. Someone got some workout equipment on me.
