I don't understand why the LO store app won't honor coupons. I ordered a 8.99 pizza, it rang up as 10.99 (plus toppings). The receipt lists both prices... But the charge is for a $10.99 pizza. My husband claims the app is broken... And had been broken for years. I think they are being shady. Too bad bc the pizza is yum. Ridiculous business practices.

Horrible. Ordered 5 pizzas for family and grand kids on sat nov 29th 2025. 7 people got sick with vomiting and diarrhea within just a few hours after eating. Still sick in the morning. Something very wrong needs fixing

Do not order from this location. I was in town over the 4th of July. I ordered on the 4th and figured that they were open since the online ordering went through with no problem. Gave me a time frame of 30 minutes for delivery. The store manager didn’t help any when I called on 7/14 with telling me I had to drive there to get my 52 dollars back because they only give cash refunds. Driving 30 miles to get my money back is the last thing I want to do. They are crooks and I bet since the order cleared the bank that she was able to tip herself. Would not give me any way to contact the owner. Not even an email.

Absolutely and unbelievably unreliable, this is the 3rd time I’ve ordered delivery from here and they’ve sent the driver on their way to me with half of my order. I ordered a large deep dish with bread sticks and a 2 liter and they show up with just the pizza, after calling and them reassuring me they would send someone right out with the rest of my order. Here I sit an hour and a half later still with no beverage or bread sticks. I will never again order from this poorly run business.
