Stood in line was next and cashier helped another customer who just walked up. Suspect it had to do with them having the same skin tone different from mine. Just happened 3 minutes ago. What ever the reason was it was very unprofessional.

I've been going to this Hy-Vee Fast & Fresh multiple times a week for several years and they consistently have the friendliest and happiest staff I've ever seen. The leadership at this location must be phenomenal for all of their staff to always be so happy.

No idea if they used beyond freshness date or what but I'm never getting any sandwich made there. Just got a croissant egg and bacon, I had to cut half of the bread off to be able to chew the dam thing. Over priced and they should take Fresh out of their name

I drove to your store this am for a few needed items, but specifically for a Chinese meal which until today I considered some of the best around. I have eaten them for years. Today tasted terrible. All of it including egg roll and rice. I had general chicken the whole dinner was like mush. I would consider getting a new chef. No more for me.

Ted and Jade will take care of you. They were out of a item I was looking for so Ted left the register and proceeded to unstock his delivery he just got to see if it was there. Great Job. Thanks for the experience. Customer until the end.
