Extremely disappointed with this location. I came specifically for the Dragon Ball promotion. Nobody mentioned anything about missing stock until after the payment went through, which is completely unacceptable. Taking someone's money for a promo item without having the item is terrible practice. Won't be coming back.

If you’re coming with children—or ordering a kids’ meal specifically for your child—make sure you ask the staff first if they actually have the advertised toys.

I ordered a kids’ meal specifically because the Dragon Ball toys were being advertised, and I wanted the toy for my son. They gave me the food and an applesauce. When I asked about the toy, the cashier told me, “You don’t have a toy, but we gave you applesauce.”

Excuse me… what?! Your screen clearly says the kids’ meal comes with a toy, not applesauce as a replacement. If you’re out of toys, the least you can do is tell customers before they pay so they can decide whether they still want the kids’ meal.

When I questioned the cashier, her response was, “Oh, I didn’t know. She told me,” while pointing to another employee. That’s not good enough. It’s the restaurant’s responsibility to make sure the staff knows what is being offered and to communicate that to customers.

And the manager? Apparently they’re very good at making themselves scarce. I couldn’t get any help resolving the issue.

Not surprising that this location has so many bad reviews.

I guess we’ll go back to having dinner with the clown, who actually knows how to make children happy, because apparently the King has lost his crown. 👑🤡

If I could, I would choose McDonald's opposite. I made an order at 9:45, and then decided to go to the toilet! The bald man didn't let me in, although I only needed to go to the toilet for 2 minutes! It's not respect! 1 star

They don't welcome the customers when they get in. I get inside and maked an order online with my phone but when they had it ready instead call my name, as they suppose to do, they leave the order there waiting in a corner. I approached and asked for it. I was the only person inside without service. This is an improvement feedback. Good luck.

Absolutely mind-blowing that Burger King offers this incredible $5 meal deal with drinks, fries, nuggets, and a burger! I'm still in disbelief that such a tasty combo comes at such an affordable price. Major props to Burger King for this unbelievable deal.
