Parents.... ad the mother of a student who resided here, at first this apartment complex seemed wonderful but slowly and surely all communication stopped and we were suddenly hit with all sorts of (misc) charges that were outrageous. Be aware they hold you responsible for ANYTHING someone else (whom you don't know because they are perfect strangers that the Dean randomly puts in your unit!!) do to anything the common areas. And the Dean is the entity who (supposedly?) screened these other people as perspective tenants and collected a security deposit from them for just that reason!) who originally rented to these people anyhow, so why in the world are WE held responsible for their actions? And the charges can be for things as petty as a roll of new paper towels left on a kitchen counter when other people are still actively living in the bedrooms and using the kitchen. My son was told to go get a cashier's check for this "infraction" and the kindly teller at the bank felt so bad for him (upon hearing the circumstances) he didn't charge the usual fee for a cashiers check. Oh and good luck getting a phone call returned or any of the incentive gift cards they tempt you with to get your lease signed in. TOO MANY RED FLAGS! Look elsewhere.

This is the third year I have had a student at The Dean Reno. The amenities are much nicer that anything I experienced in college, in fact, if they'd been like that, I may not have graduated! The proximity to campus is literally across the street from the Fitness Center. I have always found the management to be helpful every time I have reached out, in the last year plus, Christina B. has been awesome and responsive every time we have had any questions. The building is secure, furnishings are beautiful, and I feel good about my student being there.

It is with regret that I share my experience with property manager Christina Brown at Dean Reno. Her lack of responsiveness to urgent matters, consistently negative attitude, and failure to perform her duties have been deeply frustrating. I hope Dean Reno will consider a respectful change in management

The Leasing Agent Makenna was so helpful! I needed to know about the amenities The Dean offered and she was very informative about life at The Dean! Will definitely be looking to sign with her!
