Can't say enough good things, it's an awesome place to live! The property is well maintained. Pool, hot tub and gym are great. Having +60 miles of mountain bike and walking trails across the street is amazing. Staff is great, Rocky, Savanna, Casey, and Blake all top notch people to interact with. Special thanks for Blake for everything he and his team do around the property to keep everything going!

Dale and Blake with maintenance are fantastic. Our AC went out and they were able to get a portable unit in the interim the next day after our service request. AC was fixed within a few days. Dale also volunteered to help us move a bed frame to the top floor. No questions asked. Super helpful staff!

I’ve truly enjoyed living here and wanted to take a moment to thank the entire team for making my experience such a positive one.

Rocky, Casey, and the rest of the office staff have always been friendly, professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I had questions or needed assistance. Their communication, kindness, and willingness to help have not gone unnoticed.

The property is well maintained, and any concerns I had were handled promptly and courteously. It’s clear that the team takes pride in creating a welcoming community and providing excellent service to residents.

I recently accepted a position with SpaceX in Texas and will be relocating, otherwise I would have been happy to continue living here. Leaving is bittersweet because this has truly felt like home.

Thank you, Rocky, Casey, and the entire staff for everything. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I haven't lived here too long, but so far it's been a great experience. The apartment is thoughtfully laid out with lots of storage, the team is responsive and the maintenance crew is on top of their game. The maintenance supervisor Blake even took the time to balance our AC and make sure the hot water tank wasn't too hot for our baby. Great apartment, great staff, couldn't recommend this place enough.

Ok so I have an update. This property is just getting better and better. The people who work there truly care. For example Blake (in maintenance) is always offering to help if he sees me carrying something super large and anything I need for the apartment like just touch up paint to keep my apartment nice he gets right away. Casey, Savana, and Rocky are always a pleasure to talk to and happy to help. I had recently had a present from my grandmother sent to an empty apartment number and they were in constant communication about helping me find the packages. Happily they were found! I’m very happy to live in a place that that cares and with neighbors that are kind and trustworthy.
