10/6 - Since I can only leave one review (thanks, Google)… just had another service call for a backed up sink. Chris and Greg were here within an hour or so of starting their day. They quickly addressed the issue and got me back in business to go about my day. Thanks, guys!

The maintenance supervisor, Junior, did a fantastic job of helping me with my request to ensure my AC was running as smoothly as possible during this heat wave. He was very flexible in helping me find a time that worked around my work schedule and did the job in a quick, efficient manner! He was extremely friendly and professional.

I really appreciate both the maintenance team and the office staff at Rocklin Ranch Apartments.

Starting with the office, Debbie has been absolutely amazing. She is always on top of everything, responds quickly, and genuinely gets things done. She has been such a gem for this property. The entire office team has also been incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my time here.

I also want to recognize the maintenance team, especially the new maintenance manager, JR. My patio door lock had been an ongoing issue for over a year, and despite multiple repair attempts by different people, it was never fully resolved. JR took the time to thoroughly diagnose and fix the problem, and it has finally been taken care of. I truly appreciate his patience, professionalism, and dedication.

A big thank you as well to Greg for fixing my AC vent, and to JR for helping with the process. Both of them were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. It’s clear they take pride in their work and care about the residents.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience with both the office and maintenance teams. Thank you all for your hard work and for making Rocklin Ranch such a well-managed community!

I've been at Rocklin Ranch Apartments for 3 months now. This is my first apartment and from the start the team here has been nothing short of amazing. I toured 6 apartments in the area and for the value none of them even came close to Rocklin Ranch. Layton in the office gave me a tour and was super helpful with all my questions, was very personable with the apartments he showed, and knew a lot about the property. Him and the rest of the office staff were super helpful with the move in process.
Chris and the property maintenance team are awesome. I had some AC issues and they took care of it super fast. I called and the next day my AC was being replaced.
The grounds are kept very clean. Multiple dog parks around the complex. Car wash/detailing station which is super convenient.
The apartments have great layouts and are very spacious. Full walk in closet, coat closet, pantry, large bathroom, in-unit laundry, granite countertops, stainless appliances, ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom (Hard to come by in apartments for some reason lol).
The pool is nice and never crowded.
The neighbors are all friendly. The apartments are quiet and don't spread sound much. My downstairs neighbor only heard me playing music one time and I knew I was being too loud so that's fair.
Overall super happy with my experience.

​We have just recently moved in, but we can already confidently say that we plan on staying here for a very long time! From the moment we first arrived, this community has exceeded all our expectations.

​The building itself is exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. You can tell that the team takes immense pride in keeping the entire property spotless.
