Never really had problems with simple stuff. Staff is nice. I would not recommend working with Jola. She potentially cost me tens of thousand of dollars because she does not understand the steps required for foreign wire transfers. Took 3 attempts wasting time out of my work day just for the funds to be sent out late. Everyone else was very nice and helpful. If you have very important things that need to be done just ask for someone other than Jola:)

First Bank has been there for me 24/7. I have been a member of first Bank since 1992 and forever be loyal to them as long as they treat me with respect and kindness.

Garbage bank lied to me online sayin I was approved then once I get to the bank I was denied was my dam time. No customer service the senior banker acted slow they systems slow and they do hard credit pull jus to open a stanky account worst bank experience ever. No one acknowledged me very rude white people

I have banked here almost 1 yr now. I maintain a balance of $900 in my checking account. I was refused a credit card. Looking to close my account and go to a credit Union instead! I'll withdraw all my money soon if I don't get a response!

I have been a customer here for awhile. There is a banker named Tony, one of the rudest and inconsiderate banker I dealt with. An arrogant liar, beware if you deal with him, I have received conflicting information from him on several occasions within 3 weeks period. I'm gonna change my bank I think now. Tired of this.
