Do not use this credit union ever. I had a very rude and pedantic teller deny me from transacting business. I’ve never been to a bank that didn’t want to help me out. I will be moving my money out promptly I’m so angry.

I always love my visits to IMCU. Staff are super with explanations of products and always efficient. My experience is they have the best rates in the area. We recently consolidated all of our accounts to IMCU. The app is easy to use, so I check my accounts daily to make sure there’s no unauthorized activity. Thanks IMCU for making banking easy.

I switched over from "big bank" to IMCU last year and I could not be happier! The branch manager really took his time to work with me and answer all of my questions. The staff is very friendly, and I am really pleased with all the services IMCU offers to its members. In fact, I went back this week, and executed my car loan with them, and it was another positive experience between offers and execution of service. Thank you!
