I'm assuming Google is asking me to rate the Ruby's at Balboa Pier. There's no restrooms at this location because it is at the end of the pier. The sunset view is spectacular because it is at the end of the pier

I understand that all products inside the airport are more expensive compared to the what you get outside.
But it doesn't mean that they can reduce the quality. That is not fair.
If you charge more at least keep the quality.
A double burger as thin as two layers of lettuce? That's not nice.

Stopped in for a quick burger and fries. The burger was good, better than I have had at many “fancy” burger shops. Only complaint is they need to bring back the shake machine. I miss having them here.

QR codes to order your food are fine when done right, but their's is not acceptable. Online menu items do not have full descriptions and it's a horrible interface. BRING BACK PHYSICAL MENUS. Your servers hate it and so do your customers, which is very obvious after sorting reviews by newest. Tyler was an amazing server and he is the reason this review isn't 1 star. The food was decent which is a shame. I want to be able to view all the menu items on one page and all items should have full descriptions.

This place should not be in the airport. I waited for my very simple breakfast for some 25 minutes, right until boarding time started. The staff is not friendly, and when I finally asked for an estimated time, they just said "Soon." 🙄
