First used Tommy’s in Venice Fla while vacationing some years back. Vehicle was the dirtiest it had probably ever been. Did the Tommy’s and what a surprise, everything was clean including the front grill area that most car washes never touch. Fast forward to where we found one in Johnson City Tn. We live about 20 miles away but hit JC usually twice a week. Started at this Tommy’s about once a month by paying at the window. It consistently cleaned very well every time. Switched to the app for monthly, very seldom wait, do the drive up, catches the tag number, arm goes up and about two minutes later we are clean. Also the soft brush deal is what made us want to go to Tommy’s instead of the others.Free vacuums, towels to do extra detailing. And you can go to any Tommy’s if you use monthly on the app. Definitely gives my wife and I more free time to do whatever we want. Highly recommend.

Stellar wash and great prices. The team members go above and beyond for the service of guests! Best wash in town and there's always great promos going on! A membership is definitely worth it in the long run too! 11/10

Great service, having a Ram 2500 these types of carwashes usually are hard on my mirrors. Tommy's wasn't bad. The overall opinion was it done a decent job cleaning my truck. However there was bugs on my grill and mirrors along with brake dust on my front wheels and exhaust tip was still dirty.

Great car wash, always open and willing to help. Team members are friendly and looking for ways to serve guests. Haley came out and asked to clean my molded mats for me which I always thought I had to at home. And the wash is always superior to anything I’ve experienced before.
