It’s a good car wash but their onscreen payment system is very annoying. All I wanted was a basic car wash and then the screen pops up about having membership, I clicked no,then another screen pops asking for your cell number, said no, then your email, said no, then do you want to buy another wash for$10, said no. If I wanted a membership, I would just click on the initial screen for that. It’s not a good “User Experience”.

After posting the review of the damage done to my 2014 Dodge charger at this facility they responded and asked that I email them so I did, and 6 days later still no response! Still no resolution to the damage done to my car!

A bit concerning.. I have been a member for sometime now and currently have 3 in my family for the monthly package. After washing my car today I went to the vacuums and I noticed on the hood and several areas. There was big blotches of bug still which I know they are hard to come off however it was like it wasn’t even touched. Then on all four my doors there is about a 10 inch trim on them and they were not even touched as well. It looked like no brushes hit it whatsoever. Then the tire shine was spotty. Some didn’t have much shine on it at all if any. It took me 40 minutes to clean my car after I cleaned my car if that makes any sense. I hope this isn’t something that’s going to remain going forward or I will cancel the package of the three.

Stopped at this location today. The manager was out helping when it was my turn to go through the tunnel the manager took the brush from the back of a pickup in front of me to the ground then tried to use it on my car. When I blew my horn he car to my window cussing at me and told me he was going to cancel my membership I was told he does what he wants to people cars. Never again will I use this wash he should be fired
