Today was the last time we go to this McDonald's Main and Gilbert around 4 today 10/10/26 for the lady taking the order be rushing us to order on the pick up window the food was cold the burgers and fries was cold like it had been sitting ready for a while and the girl giving us the food :( horroble customer serves on top of all that the icecream was dripping and got all over my husbands cloths. But we learn are lesson to never go to McDonald's again. We are sticking with the best place in Mesa Cheba Sandwich THE BEST! we're you are treated with respect and the food is just like you order. ✌️

I've been coming to this McDonalds just about everyday since I lost my wife in 99 and I hope this find it's way to the correct owner and or manager. This McDonalds is going down hill fast. You have a young Hispanic gentleman who has the worst attitude I've ever seen. This morning as I came in to get my coffee and this gentleman was letting some lady "customer" into the restroom then after started complaining about doing that for a customer..He made the comment " I don't know why these people don't go home to blow up the restroom.." not thinking anything about it really, other than that was rude for him to say and you could feel the morale was not very high because of his energy. Shortly after he walked up to another man and I didn't hear what was said other than after that customer walked out he stated "maybe that's what I should start doing", having these trashy people trespassed ." I couldn't believe what I heard. Not good energy, I just walked out and went to QT instead for coffee. If somebody hates people so much why are they working with the public? I'm sure we have somebody out there with a smile on they're face who would like a job..
I didn't see what his name was but he seemed like a manager. Scary
.. On a good note Juan and the black gentleman who works there with the white shirt has 5 star customer service skills grumpy can learn from him.For now on if that gentleman "grumpy" is working I'm going to QT for my coffee and breakfast. Good luck... Continued .......you guys sent me an email saying that you want to fix the situation and just click a link on your email..I click the link nothing happens... Another screen says you have a question for me but I see no question.. ?? I don't get it, this might just be a generic email you guys send out I'm not sure..

Been at this location multiple times. In order or mobile. Drive through, carry out, and dine in. Most times has taken well over 15 minutes defeating purpose of “fast food”. Staff at anytime of day/night is unavailable. Ironically enough it seems the more tattoos the worker has the better.

I want to thank Alex and Arianna for going above and beyond to provide quality service.. I prepared an order on the kiosk and there was a slight mix up however the manager and Ariana were so kind and professional and willing to help. I just want to thank them for providing quality service.. great job to that manager Alex and the staff Ariana keep up the good work.. I love my double quarter pounder with that special spicy sauce 😋

the food was good, and the first worker was EXTREMELY respectful. however the guy working who was in a button up white shirt & tie was extremely bothered when it came to helping any customer but one that i could visibly see. he was all hehehahah with her, even walked her over near the door as she walked over that way and completely ignored customers standing there. These higher ups gotta remember that white button up shirt & tie dont make them any better than paying customers! do better.
