The young man with the long hair who helped me at the drive-thru window was very disappointing. At first, he was polite while answering my questions about a code I had . He let me know that I couldn’t use the code in the drive thru, therefore, I changed my order and his attitude changed immediately. He became upset and was rude.
I was respectful throughout the entire interaction, and there was no reason to be treated that way.

Went to go pick up the food and they turned off the lights while I and other people were still in the building to close up and it was barely 935 940 when I got my food and the moment the food was in my hands, they shut the lights off. On top of it all three pizzas were supposed to have extra cheese extra sauce along with the toppings that were chosen. One of the pizzas had very very little sauce like you can’t even see it on the pizza and very little cheese. I paid extra for this stuff and I couldn’t even get it on my pizzas.

I had called there and spoke to Cody. The manager asking if they had gift cards that I needed for a promotion. (Because I couldn’t find them locally where I live. I have to find them at a different location.). I spent a while explaining why I needed them and that I need a 25 of them and that they set them aside for me The Guy, I spoke to before Cody said that they would set them aside, and Cody the manager confirmed

When I went in later after driving 45 miles, I spoke to Stephanie the manager Who said she didn’t know anything about it and they don’t have any gift cards. I told her I drove 45 miles and that the manager had said they had them. Stephanie was very rude and I asked if she would call the manager because there must be a misunderstanding and she refused to. I kept asking her to, and finally one of the other employees said she heard the manager indicate that he spoke to me about gift cards. Stephanie, the manager on duty said she wasn’t going to call Cody. But luckily the other employee who was kind did. She said that Cody thought there were gift cards, but there weren’t

I really question the honesty of Cody. Perhaps he thought it would be a funny cruel joke to make someone drive 45 miles and they’re not be gift cards. It’s very unfortunate. Someone would do that, because I was prepared to buy 25 of them and make the Chandler store, which is also owned by the same individual. The normal store I would buy these gift cards on a regular basis.

On the few occasions I've ordered here, they ALWAYS mess up on my order!
This time I didn't receive my drinks.
And was told "sorry, call customer service"

If I could give them ZERO stars if possible.
I would definitely NOT recommend this place!

Stephanie is a straight-up rockstar. She was running an insanely busy shift solo — front counter and drive-thru — and never missed a beat. Calm, fast, professional, and friendly under real pressure.
That kind of work ethic is rare. Management should recognize her ASAP. Best Little Caesars experience I’ve had.
