I cannot say enough good things about my visit. Each and every worker I encountered there was polite, friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome and at ease. They put importance on my health and thoroughly cared for me. Quyen Johnson is a compassionate, friendly and lovable person. Her staff are a reflection of her. I decided to choose her as my primary care provider and feel confident that she will care for me like one of her family for many years to come.

New to area and needed help and two urgent cares could not help me. Lacy at front desk walked me through the issue then the nurse helped me with a mistake I made on paperwork and Lacey, RN, Doctor saved me from a bad situation. Great care but most of all they cared. I owe you three, thank you.

I was greeted politely by the front desk staff, had a minimal wait time and exceptional communication with the nurse practitioner. I felt like she listened and communicated effectively. I was comfortable with the recommended treatment and felt like I was treated fairly. Thank you for the exceptional service. I highly recommend this practice.

No one likes going to the doctor, Right? Following my story will change your mind. As I needed to see a doctor ASAP for pinched nerve pain. I looked for a doctor’s office that I hoped would be professional and consistent but would also make you feel comfortable. I chose One Family Clinic. I arrived to see a warm friendly welcome smile from the two ladies at the front desk. They are polite, kind, friendly…they are absolutely phenomenal.
I would like to express my appreciation for Dr. Johnson and the outstanding care I received during my recent visit. Dr. Johnson was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate throughout the appointment. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and respected. Her attention to detail and genuine concern for my well-being made a significant difference in my experience. She has a caring heart for people. She is personable, compassionate has an affable personality. After explaining treatment options, she asks, do you have any questions for me. She will then answer any question you may have thoroughly. I am grateful for the excellent care I received and wanted to make sure Dr. Johnson's dedication and professionalism are recognized. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would as this doctor’s office goes to great lengths to make their patients feel comfortable. You will get the greatest gift…..EXCELLENT CARE!!

I have been here a couple times now. Everyone is really nice, and they are professional. However, I will not be back because I feel a little bit taken advantage of just because I called and inquired about hormone treatments. They told me the price for the visit + bloodwork. All that was fine. But then after I was there they informed me about a monthly fee that would need to be paid whether it was time for refills or visits or not. I then left with no treatment, no more answers, nothing and used my $75 that I had set aside to get this fixed without any solutions. I think they need to be more upfront about the monthly program charges cause I would have never came there for this and would not have wasted my money.
