have been here twice on two separate occasions with sick kiddos and had an amazing experience! The wait time was short, the whole office is decorated like a castle which my kids loved, and the doctors and nurses were kind and compassionate. They even gave my son a popsicle when he wasn't feeling well. I highly recommend this urgent care for kids.

I am extremely disappointed with the way the nurse practitioner treated my daughter yesterday. My daughter was scared and understandably anxious during the visit, and instead of showing her patience, compassion, or trying to make her feel comfortable, the nurse practitioner was incredibly rough with her.

Children get scared. That is normal. What is not acceptable is treating a frightened child as though her fear is an inconvenience. There was a complete lack of patience and gentleness, and watching my daughter be handled so roughly when she was already scared was extremely upsetting as a parent.

Medical professionals who work with children should understand that some children need extra reassurance, a little more time, and a gentler approach. My daughter deserved that yesterday, and unfortunately, she did not receive it.

I would not feel comfortable having this provider care for my daughter again, and I hope the office takes this feedback seriously.

Took my 9 month old son here this past weekend. And they were amazing. Location was so nice and clean, the front desk lady was a sweetheart and the nurse and doctor couldn’t have been kinder and better with my son. Very happy and pleased with this experience and will go back if my kids need care. Highly recommend and overall super happy with my experience there for my child.

Had a great experience at the PM pediatric urgent care clinic for my child’s hand sprain. The staff was kind, patient, and very caring throughout the visit. The doctor explained everything clearly and made my child feel comfortable. We were seen quickly, and the treatment process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend this clinic for kids’ urgent care needs!

PM Pediatric Urgent Care was a wonderful experience, with great attentive staff, and well qualified providers. This wasn’t just any urgent care where you left guessing what happens next or wondering if the provider did a thorough exam. Our provider gave us a great exam, game plan for moving forward and also what to expect with the sickness as time progressed. The wait times were great and the staff was excellent with kids! Come here without hesitation if your child is sick or needs medical attention. Highly recommend!
