Lorena and Romania did a fantastic job. This was my first experience with maidpro and I’ll be customer from now on. They were friendly and professional and didn’t miss a thing. The house is so clean and smells amazing. I have time to get out this weekend and not be stuck inside cleaning

Aurielle is AMAZING! She did such a great job, in every room. My dad really liked her & felt comfortable having her in his home. Aurielle is very thorough cleaner & such a sweet girl. We are super happy.

Aurielle and Mariah did an absolutely amazing job and exceeded all of my expectations. My home looks spotless, and the attention to detail was incredible. Walking into such a clean, fresh home immediately took away the stress I had been feeling, and it gave me such a sense of peace.

They even left sweet treats for my pup, which completely made my day! It's clear they genuinely care about their clients and go above and beyond to make the experience exceptional.

If you're looking for a cleaning team that is professional, thorough, kind, and truly takes pride in their work, I highly recommend maidpro team, Aurielle and Mariah!

I think the service did a good job overall, but there were a few things that were missed. During the original call, I mentioned that the closets and basement would need to be cleaned as well. I also said that if more time was needed to complete everything, please let me know and I would be happy to pay any additional fees.

The communication throughout the process was great, but when I got home, I was a little underwhelmed considering the amount I paid. I did ask for extra attention in the kitchen, and that turned out wonderful. However, the rest of the house seemed to receive more of a surface wipe-down and vacuum, and the closets and basement were not completed as discussed.

I have mixed feelings because everyone was very professional and friendly, and I appreciate the work that was done. It’s possible my house was simply a bigger job than expected, but I wanted to share my honest feedback since some of the areas we discussed were left unfinished.
