If I hadn't done research into how much move out cleans costs at most places I'd have rated them better but they costed about average and didn't do as good a job as I've seen advertised other places (out of state) for move out cleans specifically. To their credit there was a lot to clean and they did a decent job in four hours considering the mess left behind from two kids and two cats after five years of living there. It just wasn't up to "move out inspection" standards. Oddly enough the window sill were done but not the windows themselves 😂 Thankfully I don't really care about losing out on my deposit since I knew there was a lot of damage left behind from my kids, I just wouldn't consider this company for *move out cleans* specifically. They also left equipment behind and were 15 minutes late due to construction and didn't communicate at all, before during or after the job completion. No email confirmation, no itemized receipt, no call to check in. Nothing. I had to check my bank account to find out what the total cost ended up being.
Probably a great company for regular routine cleaning though.

I hired maidpro for a deep cleaning of a home that I was preparing for sale. I had a list of specific requests such as cleaning the baseboards, and the cleaning job was unsatisfactory and did not address my explicit requests. They also broke some property in the bathroom.

Maidpro did not respond to my request for a refund and not only did they not respond to my complaint, they charged me ANOTHER cleaning fee for a non-existent service ($610!) Straight up fraudulent charge

Due to a hip fracture I had difficulty cleaning my home. Maid Pro has been an amazing help. Our cleaner, Madalynn, does an excellent job cleaning, she is efficient and thoughtful. Thank you Maid Pro! 😄

MaidPro did an amazing job in our crazy little home with three dogs running in and out of the house constantly. MaidPro’s cleaner, Beth, did a great job cleaning the dog hair and dust in hard to reach places that tend to get neglected during our own cleans. Thank you for going the extra mile. I will definitely be recommending your services in the future!

Chelen and team do such an amazing job, I don’t know what I ever did without them! Their attention to detail is outstanding, and I always appreciate the special touches I find every week. It is such a joy to come home from work after the Pro’s have been there… I highly recommend their absolutely phenomenal services!
