I really like it here at Pepperstone. There's been 3 different management team within the 7 years I've live here and this current team has been the best. The only issue I've experienced is the upkeep of the breezeway. I just feel there needs to be regular upkeep of it. Now that the rain 🌧️, fall 🍂 and winter❄️is here, I feel that maintenance needs to start wearing shoe covers before entering the apartments to protect the carpets. I've noticed that leaving trash in front of the doors has stopped (wonderful). What are the chances of getting us a paper shedder company to come into the community, so we can shred important documents once a year, especially for the upcoming holidays?

do not move here! been here for 3 years communication sucks, gates don’t work, amenities are not well kept up with. they claim to have cameras but my car got stolen and they claim to have no footage, still haven’t got a follow up about that. they do not care about the residents! they only want money. 0/10 would not recommend.

I had to put 1 star, but I am giving 0 stars because this was one of the worst living experiences my family ever had. In our first month, stripped wires in the attic area caused a fire in the insulation and caused the power to go out for over a week. They did not compensate or discount our rent. Our unit was one of the only remaining units that had not received a remodel, yet our rent stayed the same as the rest of the units in the complex. For the entire summer of 2020, our AC unit did not work. The maintenance person said he looked at it and it was working as well as it could, but continually froze up and did not work at all because there was a leak in the compressor and he continuously overcharged the unit with refrigerant thereby destroying the unit completely. We had a 3 month span of time where the average daily temperature in our 3rd floor apartment was over 90 degrees. This was continually brought up to property management and nothing was done. My car was broken in to on 3 separate occasions, and the rotating cast of office staff could not communicate any issues to property management at all. This place is a slum and the management company are slumlords taking advantage of an underprivileged market in the area. And on top of that, we did not get our security deposit back due to the carpet and walls, neither of which were painted or changed before we moved in and remained in the same condition for 5 years. Dont live here. If anyone reads this that is looking for a place to live, reach out to me directly and I will literally help you find somewhere else myself, just so you are not bent over and taken advantage of by this trashcan company and their trashcan apartments.

(8/15/25) I've been living here for about 5/6 years in two separate building. After reading some of the reviews, I can't believe what most are saying. All apartments going to have some issues. We did had some bad management before this present management which are GREAT, especially Alyssa. I've noticed that since she came on board things are better. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars is because of the maintenance of the breezeway. I love living here and I fell safe here. We as residents have to be aware of what's going on in our individual building or the parking lot and it's a problem let management know. Pets owner be responsible and remember that you may live above some one, so please be mindful of the running back and forth of the kids or dog.because the flooring are thin. So if there anyone looking for a nice place to live, Pepperstone is a nice place.
