Great property, i have been here for some time now. Pedro & Bryan were a great help with getting my large package to my door as I wouldn’t have been able to do it alone! My hall is pretty quiet, the neighbors are nice as well.

I absolutely love living here at Broadstone Oak City Apartments! The community and what it has to offer is amazing. The maintenance staff has always shown a sense of urgency when responding to any requests that I have. They have been super friendly and respectful. Aila has gone above and beyond in ensuring that I feel comfortable in my space and Brian has helped out as well! I really love living here and I am happy that I renewed my lease.

My roommate and I have lived here for over two years now and have loved living here! The location is central to everything and love being right off of 440. The office staff is always super helpful with any questions we have. I also want to give the biggest THANK YOU to our maintenance team!! In all of the apartment complexes I've lived in, I've never seen faster service and staff that are truly helpful and friendly. It is always an easy decision when our lease renewal comes up- we love it here!

I had an amazing experience living at Broadstone Oak City. As a woman living alone, safety was one of my biggest concerns, and this community exceeded my expectations. I felt safe and comfortable, even during early mornings and late nights.

The property is very well maintained, with clean common areas, beautiful grounds, and a welcoming atmosphere.

My building was consistently quiet, clean and neighbors were respectful, which made it easy to feel at home. The location is also a huge plus, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and everything I needed.

While I personally didn’t use the amenities, they are well kept, and offer something for everyone. Overall, Broadstone Oak City provided a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable living experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high quality apartment community. 10/10!

I’ve genuinely loved living at Broadstone Oak City so far. One of my favorite things is the location. You’re less than 10 minutes from pretty much everything, whether it’s downtown, the mall, or a park. It just makes life so convenient. The staff honestly made the biggest difference in my experience. Monet and Nikkia were amazing during my move-in and made everything feel so easy and stress-free. They’re both super personable and easy to talk to. It really feels like you can go to them with anything and they’ll either understand or do their best to help you figure it out. Maintenance has also been great. Anytime I’ve put in a request, it’s been handled really quickly, which I really appreciate. I also love the amenities. The pool, gym, podcast room, study pods, and games give you so many options to relax or get things done without even leaving the complex. Overall, it’s just been a really positive experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place that feels comfortable and well taken care of.
