“The manager Darren” calls me and gets nasty because I didn’t make my appointment time - was about to reschedule for the following day but because of his rudeness - NO THANK YOU!!!! been a customer here longer than he works there and to get talked to like that is unacceptable.

If I could give this location 20 out of 10, I would! I came in for an IV Drip after experiencing heat exhaustion and everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse made me feel so welcomed and cared for. The staff took the time to listen to my needs/questions and recommend the best solution for me. Overall amazing experience. Highly recommend!

I don't have enough stars to share with the Manager Damien and his impecable Team. The professionalism and warmth I received reduced ANY anxiety I could possibly have about the services offered at Restore on 225 Flatbush Avenue in Brooklyn. The zoom evaluation was exceptional and informative. The Nurse was great. The environment and layout of the space is inviting and conducive to feeling replenished, revived, and definitely RESTORED! I plan on bringing one of my sons and already shared with friends that I had an excellent experience! We MUST listen to our bodies and give it the therapy it needs. "I feel off" my body shouted and restore changed that to "Girl, I feel amazing. What was in that cocktail?" Take care of YOU at restore!

As an athlete recovery is super important just as training and I love that this place is right in the neighborhood. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I love that they also offer so many different services that many people can benefit from. Definitely get the membership

I am an avid runner so I sometimes have lower back and leg/knee pain/fatigue so I came to check out restore. For my first session, I tried out the full body cryo and it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and they answered all the questions I had.

I have since been back for other sessions including leg compression and it was fabulous and relaxing. The whole appointment process has been a really smooth process as I book my sessions on the app and I am pretty much attended to almost immediately which is great. I will be back ... again and again :)
